How to trim the honing strips of the honing machine:
Rounding is to clamp the grinding head with a tool, raise the grinding bar, and then grind the grinding bar flat (even until it is even). Generally, the grinding head is equipped with this tool when it leaves the factory. When grinding, be sure to correct the outer circle of the grinding head first. It should be noted that grinding bars after rounding cannot ensure that they are all evenly distributed, so it is still necessary to pre-grind some workpieces for correction.
2) The quality of the workpiece fixture will also seriously affect the roundness and cylindrical degree. The fixture must be calibrated, and the coaxiality and verticality with the spindle should not be greater than 0.02.
3) The column degree is also related to the itinerary of your school, so you should pay attention to the adjustment.
