1. The piston rod and stuffing box are deflected during assembly, causing local friction with each other, and should be adjusted in time.
2. The holding spring of the sealing ring is too tight and the friction is large, so it should be adjusted appropriately.
3. The axial clearance of the sealing ring is too small, and the axial clearance should be adjusted according to the regulations.
4. The oil supply is insufficient and the oil supply should be increased appropriately.
5. The piston rod and sealing ring have poor running-in, and the running-in should be strengthened during grinding.
6. Impurities mixed in gas and oil should be cleaned and kept clean.
