Too fast may cause uneven pipe wall thickness, and too high pressure may cause excessive deformation or even rupture of the material. The design and maintenance of the mold cannot be ignored. Regularly check the wear of the mold and repair or replace it in time to ensure molding accuracy.
The stable operation of the lubrication system can effectively reduce friction resistance and reduce the occurrence of scratches and scratch defects. It is necessary to select appropriate lubricants according to different materials and keep the oil supply system clean and smooth. At the same time, online inspection equipment must monitor pipe dimensional tolerances, roundness errors and other indicators in real time, and adjust process parameters immediately once abnormalities are discovered.
Operators need to be trained, familiar with equipment performance and safety regulations, and execute the production process in strict accordance with the work instructions. The production environment should maintain constant temperature and humidity to avoid temperature fluctuations affecting material performance. After the finished product comes off the production line, it must undergo strict quality inspection, including hydraulic testing, eddy current testing and other non-destructive testing methods to ensure that each rolled pipe meets the usage requirements. Only through quality control throughout the entire process can we produce high-performance, high-reliability rolled pipe products.
